The rooms were clean and stylish, spacious with a fantastic view, providing a wonderful, relaxing, and enjoyable experience. The service was top-notch with staff notably friendly, helpful, and always wearing a smile. The location was very good, near all sorts of spots, with easy access to Beverly Hills and the Hollywood hills. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the limited dining options due to price, the overall experience was outstanding.

I enjoyed my stay at the hotel overall. The rooms were spacious with very comfortable beds and great bathrooms, though the view was of the car park instead of the Hollywood Hills as advertised. My stay at the Andaz was a bit of a mixed bag. The hotel had a smoky smell in the rooms and was quite noisy even on the top floor. On the bright side, the service was extra helpful and had good energy, although the corridors were loud with vacuuming early in the morning.
